Shipping Policy
Mara's Art partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers to deliver your order directly to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
You will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping Process
We require 2–5 business days on average to process and fulfill your order before it is transferred to our shipping carrier. During busy periods, such as major holidays, or if your order contains high-demand items, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Once your order has entered our shipping process, we are unable to make any changes, including shipping address changes. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Orders are shipped on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different manufacturing partners and arrive on different dates.
Tracking
All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched to the carrier.
Please note that some shipping carriers may take several days to update tracking information. If it has been more than 5 business days since your order was shipped and your tracking has not updated, please contact us.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location. The estimates below do not include our 2–5 business day processing time.

While we do everything possible to deliver your order on time, Mara's Art cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal delays, severe weather, public holidays, labor disputes, protests, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Mara's Art has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages
Mara's Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
When reviewing damage or delivery claims, we rely on the carrier's delivery confirmation and tracking timestamps. Claims that are not reported promptly may not be eligible for review.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate.
Because we begin processing orders immediately, we cannot make changes after an order has been placed. If your order has already entered our shipping process, we are unable to retrieve or redirect it.
